Since last year, dunnhumby has been making enhancements to the Shop to optimize ease of use, in order to improve user experience on an enhanced interface, as well as provide greater consistency between dh tools. Most reports have already been switched to our new technology, as well as the report selecting process.

| What do you need to know?

Most Shop reports had been launched with evolved design elements over the past year; and while the change within each report is subtle, the purpose is to deliver more intuitive user navigation and visuals. Starting from now, these enhancements will take place in the Best Customer Report as well.

Here is a summary of a few of the visible benefits you will now see across all these reports, as well as report-specific enhancements within each:

Report title displayed in the report to enable quick identification of reports.
Inclusion of number of weeks in the report timeframe for a clearer view.
Direct export icon, which requires fewer clicks.
