Below are quick tips we wanted to share with you to improve your Shop usage!

How to Resubmit reports?
Resubmitting your reports is quick and easy with Shop, please follow these steps:
- Go on the “Report” tab of your Shop account
- Select the report you want to resubmit
- Select the 3 dots on the right and click on “Resubmit”

You can refresh the report, or modify some parameters and resubmit it, depending on your needs. Your new refreshed/modified report will run.
How to schedule a recurrence?
To set up a recurrence for your report, you must go at the bottom of the ordering page, in “Schedule” section:

From there, select “Recurring” and set up desired Start/End Dates as well as Frequency.
If you choose to select “Anchor Start Date”, the option will set your start date to the selected period for the report under “Time Period” question. It applies only to the following options under Time Period question – “Start/End Date, Weeks from start date, Weeks from end date, Most recent X weeks”.

Here an example where we get 2 segmentations in 1 excel export, ie: both Ecommerce/In-store and Store banners in the same Excel.
Performance Report configuration: select “Store banner” in “Compare by” and “E-commerce” in “Filter by”:
After report completion: “Filter to All data”, “Compare by Store banner”, expand the Key Measures tab of your performance module (clicking on “+”, becoming “-” when expanded), and select “E-commerce” in “View by”:

Note that you can get similar info by selecting “Compare by” “E-commerce” and “Filter by” “Store banner” and following the same steps

Custom Product Groups
As a reminder you can follow several methodologies to create custom groups:
- Uploading product codes
- Hierarchy
- Attributes
- Custom groups
Selecting the methodology by Attributes, you’ll be able to chose to select standard attributes (common to all users) or custom attributes (defined and maintained by Super Users). You can create custom product groups based on “Brand” attribute, by choosing it from the Standard Attribute drop-down menu. We’d recommend selecting the “dynamic group” option for more continuous accuracy.
