We're transforming the way users learn and grow with Shop. From new video-based learning content to a fully integrated learning experience within the dunnhumby Offer Suite for Metro, our goal is to make training more accessible, engaging, and relevant.
Reimagining the Shop Learning Experience
As Shop continues to evolve with new capabilities, enhanced reporting experiences, and ongoing user experience improvements, we're refreshing our learning experience to keep pace with innovation. Training content is being modernized and enriched with a growing library of video tutorials covering the latest features, enhancements, and best practices.
Designed to be intuitive, engaging, and easy to follow, these new learning resources will help both new and experienced users discover what's new, build confidence, and unlock greater value from the platform.
Already Underway: New Videos, New Resources
This transformation is already underway. Several training videos have already been developed, with many more currently in production.
Rather than waiting for a complete learning library to be finalized, new videos and resources will be released progressively as they become available. This approach allows users to access new content sooner and continuously benefit from the latest guidance, product updates, and best practices.
Each new addition will further expand the learning experience and help users stay up to date as Shop continues to evolve.
The Future: An Integrated Learning Hub
Over the coming months, these learning assets will be integrated directly into the document Metro: the dunnhumby Offer Suite available to all users. What is today an interactive catalogue of solutions and reports will gradually evolve into a fully interactive learning and enablement platform.
Users will be able to move seamlessly from discovering available solutions to learning how to use them, with training videos and supporting resources linked directly to relevant reports and capabilities.
