For Full Shop & Mini Shop users

June Shop Essentials training sessions

You can now self-register for June training sessions on your Client Learning Center. You will be able to attend the session from the platform, or from Teams since it will be synchronized. When? The next training sessions on Shop Essentials will be on:

  • Tuesday, 23rd June in French (from 2 to 4 pm)
  • Tuesday, 30th June in English (from 1 to 3 pm)

How to self register? Within Shop, dunnhumby client learning can be accessed by clicking the (?) icon, and navigating to “Education” option in the dropdown.

This document is providing all relevant information on Metro Stores.

This is useful, especially when running a Key Measures by Store report or a Store Sales Tracker.

Where to find them in the Client Learning Center?

Connect to your Client Learning Center from your Shop Account. Select the Catalog view and type "Metro" in the search bar. Pick the course "Metro - Sore List and Calendar" from which you'll be able to download the most updated versions of both documents.
