New! Basket/Store Panel in Custom Customer Group

A new option now allows you to filter customer groups by Basket / Store panel. This makes it possible, for example, to identify customers who have made purchases at a specific banner or a particular group of stores.

ex with Store panel: “customers who have purchased brands 1, 2, or 3 at Metro Quebec and Metro Ontario over the past 26 weeks.”

Search box for product hierarchies added in Report Ordering

What's new?

You can now expect to see a search box under the Product hierarchy tab in Product Selection prompt title when ordering a report.

New behaviour:

The Product Selection step within Report Ordering has been enhanced to allow you to quickly locate the correct products by searching across multiple data fields (product name, ID). This improvement is aimed at reducing manual scrolling, improving selection accuracy, and speeding up workflow for report creation.

Performance in Detail report | Highlighting Sales Waterfall Chart Availability

The Report Selection screen has been enhanced with additional details in the PID report description, now highlighting that the report enables the creation of a sales waterfall chart. This update ensures that all users within your organization are aware of and can take advantage of this functionality when using the PID report.

Editable chart export added to modules in several Shop reports

Recent Enhancements on New Product Evaluation Report

Design Related Enhancements

  • Adjusting the design of the Index visualization – bars displaying to the left and right of benchmark line. This applies to both the ‘Key measures’ and ‘Comparing measures’ drop-downs in the Performance module.

  • Adjusting the formatting of charts – bold line chart lines and level lines. This applies to both the ‘Weekly trend’ and ‘Cumulative weekly trend’ dropdowns in the Performance module.

Insights Related Enhancements

In the Performance Module

  • When the ‘Key measures’ view is expanded, five global measures are displayed as column headings in the ‘Key measures’ table. This applies to both the ‘Product Groups’ and ‘Products’ options within the ‘Comparing’ dropdown in the global section.
  • A dropdown has been added above the table, allowing users to select either ‘Absolute Value’ or ‘Index vs All New Products’.
  • When ‘Index vs All New Products’ is selected, a heatmap is displayed to highlight over- and under-indexing values within each column.
  • A heatmap legend has been added and is displayed only when the ‘Index vs All New Products’ option is selected.
  • The default module view has been updated to ‘Index vs All New Products’.

In the Profile module

  • The ‘Index vs Total Products’ option in the ‘Showing’ dropdown has been renamed to ‘Index vs All New Products’, to reflect that this module focuses exclusively on new products rather than the total category.
