New Metrics for Deeper Customer Insights

You now have access to 5 additional measures in dhAssortment. These metrics provide deeper insights into repeat purchase behaviour, enabling smarter assortment decisions—faster than ever! That reveals how customers engage with categories.

Why does this matter?

  • For Metro: Repeat purchase shows which products drive loyalty, guiding range and space decisions and boosting long-term customer value.
  • For CPGs: Repeat purchase signals product–market fit, supports retailer conversations, and informs innovation and loyalty strategies.

Exclusivity

To provide some context for the percentage of exclusive customers, which was already included in the reports

One and done

To determine the number of customers who purchased the product once and made no other purchases in that category during the period under review...

Category repeaters

To determine the number of customers who have made at least two purchases in the category...

Persistent Filters

Making analysis smoother, faster, and far less repetitive.

What's new:

  • Filters now stay active for up to 30 days, whether text or numeric, helping you maintain consistency in your analysis.
  • Filters persist when switching tabs or refreshing tables, eliminating the need to reapply them.
  • Your setup is preserved until you choose to change it. Filters remain in place until cleared or the column is hidden.

This enhancement removes friction and delivers true continuity, allowing you to explore, analyze, and return to your data exactly as you left it.

Favorite Columns and Report Presets

Make report usage more flexible and better suited to different analysis needs.

With this capability, you can now set up a column preference as a ‘preset’ that is automatically applied to your Recommendation reports.

Before

You had to manually show or hide columns for each report (even when using the same configuration) resulting in repetitive setup and wasted time.

What’s New?

With this new enhancement, your reporting experience becomes faster and more personalized:

  • Create up to 10 column presets per report, reusable across all your Recommendation reports.
  • Set a default preset to automatically load your preferred view every time.
