Did you know you could…
- Understand if sales change for your product/group can be attributed to incremental expansion or contraction for the category, or due to switching between groups/brands. eg: “Your customers are still spending on your focus group, but less (category contraction)”
- Identify if your Customers are switching spend to/from competitor brands, and which brands these are. eg: “Your customers switched from brand 1 to brand 2”
- Identify whether your products or brands are attracting Customers to the category and what value these represent for you. eg: “I have a raise of 10k dollars on my focus group coming from customers wo are totally new to the category”
- Profile Customers according to the behavior they are exhibiting switching, new/lapsed to your product/group, new/lapsed to the category. Eg: “Your new customers to the brand are mostly price sensitive”
