New Metro Insights Portal

| Context

In the context of technological updates you’ll notice a new login screen page landing to Metro Insights Portal (by default). The change will be effective in the coming weeks, a reminder will be sent to you a few days before.

| What will change?

Metro Insights Portal will allow:

  • A more modern, secure login interface
  • One unique platform for accessing Shop & dhAssortment, one link to consider
  • Better centralization and faster process
  • Easier for any scalability

| What will you have to do?

1) You will first get a user migration email within the next few weeks, where you will have to click on "Accept your invite".

2) You will then be asked to reset your password before accessing your existing products. The link to the Metro Insights Portal will be shared in this email. This same URL will be shared with any new user when setting up new dh accounts.

From the Metro Insights Portal, you will access to:

- Shop: you will be able to view old reports and run new reports.

- dhAssortment: you will be able to view old reports in myfiles and run new reports.

Complementary information:

  • Metro Insights Portal will be the landing page for all users, providing access to all available products. We strongly advise you to bookmark this URL and use it directly.
  • Shop and dhAssortment previous URL will still be working in future. Shop & dhA history will be preserved in its entirety.
